Night work is 21:00–7:00. The add-on is 20% of the hourly rate that comes from the monthly minimum divided by the hours of that month — not from your own hourly pay, and not from the 31.40 zł zlecenie floor. The 2026 minimum is 4806 zł. A roster or a collective agreement can pay more. This is not the overtime add-on.
