Ordinary statutory interest is the NBP reference rate plus 3.5 points. Late-payment interest is the reference plus 5.5 points (9.25% when the reference is 3.75% after 5 March 2026). Commercial late payment uses plus 10 points. Days run from the start date through the end date, on a 365-day year. Rate changes mid-period are not split. This is not a court award.
