Private rental tax (Poland)

Private rental in Poland is taxed only as a lump sum on revenue: 8.5% up to 100,000 zł a year and 12.5% on the excess. Costs do not reduce the base. Utilities the tenant pays separately are usually not rent. Spouses who file one return of joint rent get a 200,000 zł band. Not tax advice.
